Carina Health Network Gives Back: Supporting Food Security Across Colorado

November 12, 2025

As we reflect on another year of progress and partnership, Carina Health Network is proud to continue its holiday tradition of contributing $20,000 to food banks across Colorado. These donations, made on behalf of our participating community health organizations, help ensure that families served by our network can access nourishing meals during a critical time of need.

Through our value-based care partnerships, our network is able to invest in initiatives that strengthen the health of our communities, including support for local food banks. These efforts are part of a broader commitment to support the 857,000+ patients collectively served by our network and to address the social factors that impact health.

Food Banks Receiving 2025 Donations:

We extend our heartfelt thanks to each of our members, partners, and the dedicated food bank teams working tirelessly to take care of our neighbors. Aligning with our mission, and that of our members, we are demonstrating that healthcare is not just about what happens in the exam room, it is also about supporting the well-being of the whole community.

We are proud to support the efforts of these vital organizations and wish everyone in our community a warm and nourishing holiday season.

We’ve joined forces — welcome to Carina Health Network.

Colorado Health Providers Alliance (CHPA) and Colorado Community Managed Care Network (CCMCN) are now one organization, uniting data, technology, coaching, and value-based care strategy to support healthcare providers and strengthen systems.
