As we reflect on another year of progress and partnership, Carina Health Network is proud to continue its holiday tradition of contributing $20,000 to food banks across Colorado. These donations, made on behalf of our participating community health organizations, help ensure that families served by our network can access nourishing meals during a critical time of need.
Through our value-based care partnerships, our network is able to invest in initiatives that strengthen the health of our communities, including support for local food banks. These efforts are part of a broader commitment to support the 857,000+ patients collectively served by our network and to address the social factors that impact health.
