The May distribution of the Carina Monthly Reporting package includes significant updates designed to provide more actionable data to support your work and drive performance. Currently, data is sourced from the payer portals. Our long-term plan is to transition to our claims analytics platform, Innovaccer, which will integrate payer and EHR data to deliver more timely and comprehensive insights. At this time, a timeline for that transition has not been established.
What’s New
Each payer report now includes two tabs:
- Introduction tab – unchanged
- Attribution tab – enhanced with additional columns, including patient details (with medical record number) and identified care gaps.
Beginning with the June distribution, the attribution tab will also include payer-assigned PCP information.
Please note that the data refreshing timing remains payer-dependent, and the most current refresh date is listed at the top of each workbook tab.
Other Noteworthy Updates
- Anthem Medicare Advantage – Reports have been discontinued due to low attribution.
- RAE 1 – No data refresh occurred this month; updates will resume when available.
