Value-Based Care Committee

The Value-Based Care Committee is a board-established committee chaired by the Board Vice-Chair. The committee meets monthly and leads the statewide program on population health, quality improvement, VBC contract performance and Medicaid VBC APM and shared savings strategy, model design, and implementation for the network. The committee makes recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding VBC contracting, performance targets and interventions, reserves,
distributions, policies and procedures.
