Northwest Colorado Health’s Community Health Center was recently awarded the Grand Champion Best in Class award for 2023 by Community Health Provider Alliance, a nonprofit organization that recognizes Community Health Centers that excel among their peers or show significant improvement across various performance measures.
According to Northwest Colorado Health, the health care provider was recognized as the only one out of 20 member Community Health Centers from across the state that met all targets in every category.
